(More customer reviews)I purchased this entire set for my 4 yr old daughter about a month ago and it is the greatest toy ever!Yes, the garage does fall apart and the doors fall off, but all I used was one piece of tape all the way around to secure the roof and since then there hasn't been a problem at all!!You can't even see the tape, and it is a very easy fix.I do recommend that you use the tape trick especially if you have little ones like I do.They just aren't as gentle as older kids and she tended to knock the roof off easliy.I do not find that the hamsters get stuck at all.Most people don't really understand how these little guys work.First and foremost you have to replace the batteries in all the hamsters when you get them home.The batteries are only for in-store use and it says so on the instructions and on the website as well.Once you change the batteries....wow watch these little guys go!Secondly you have to pay attention to the tunnel directions, again in the instructions and the website, otherwise they will not work correctly.Thirdly, they do NOT get stuck, they make their own little decisions...just let them go and see what they do!My daughter LOVES these and has played with them non stop since she got them over a month ago.For the price they are great! (Not on amazon though, look at toys r us or walmart, or especially ebay instead they have the whole set for a pretty good deal!)
